Acceptance of Terms

By creating or joining a room on CineParty, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Using CineParty

• You must be old enough to legally use online services in your country
• You're responsible for what happens in rooms you host, including who you invite
• Don't use CineParty to share content you don't have the right to share
• Don't attempt to disrupt sync, chat, or other users' rooms

Accounts

Hosting a room and subscribing to a paid plan requires an account. Keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity under your account.

Plans and Billing

Free rooms are available with no payment required. Premium and Teams plans are billed on a recurring basis as described on the Pricing page, and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Content and Conduct

CineParty syncs playback across services you already subscribe to — it doesn't host or distribute movies or shows itself. You're responsible for having the right to watch the content in your room through your own subscriptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of chat, attempts to break sync for other users, or fraudulent billing activity.

Disclaimers

CineParty is provided "as is." We work to keep sync accurate and rooms reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, especially where a third-party streaming service changes its player without notice.
